With a lifetime spent in Washington, mainly in Snohomish County, Beth Kerwin has gained extensive experience in sales and customer service. Her and her husband’s eight-year tenure running an appraisal business, coupled with their experience in designing and building, and operating a local Family Fun Center in Mukilteo for seven years, has equipped her with a wealth of skills and knowledge. Their active involvement in the community and schools further demonstrates their commitment to serving others. This extensive experience instills confidence in her clients about her abilities to serve them effectively.

Mrs. Kerwin is an active board member of the Mukilteo Kiwanis Club, serving the needs of children and youth in the community and raising money to provide scholarships to graduating seniors. She also served as Executive Director at a local Teen and Community Center, providing many activities, events, education, support, and food to residents and at-risk teens. In addition, Beth has worked at Job Corps, helping low-income teens enroll in a program that provides vocational training skills.

Since 2002, when Beth acquired her real estate license, she has been unwavering in her commitment to providing quality service in residential sales. Her passion for ensuring the needs of her clients are met, whether they are first-time home buyers, seniors downsizing, or anyone in between, is evident in her work.
